Duration of training 1.5h Indoor cycling training combines movement, improving endurance and positive energy regardless of weather conditions. Classes take place in a comfortable and safe environment, under the guidance of a physiotherapist, adjusting the load to the abilities and goals of each participant. They are suitable for both beginners and adherents of an active lifestyle who want to improve physical fitness, strengthen the cardiovascular system and simply move well. Before and after cycling training, exercises are performed with a physiotherapist, during which a warm-up is performed, shortened muscles are stretched, and the body corset is strengthened. Indoor cycling training helps: * improve endurance and physical shape * strengthen leg muscles and deep muscles of the body * promote heart health * reduce stress and improve well-being Cycling training - a movement that inspires and gives energy to everyday life.
