Internal rules of procedure

1. The internal rules of Made Fizio physiotherapy practice apply to all visitors while in the physiotherapy practice premises and during their visit.
2. Made Fizio has the right to store customers' personal data and photographs for the purpose of providing services.
3. All visitors to Made Fizio must maintain cleanliness, order, courtesy, and respect the peace and comfort of other customers.
4. The client must arrive for the visit at least 5 minutes before the scheduled time to have the opportunity to change clothes and prepare for the lesson/visit.
5. Even in the event of a delay, payment for the service will be applied in full, in accordance with the originally scheduled service.
6. It is necessary to notify the administration of any cancellation of the visit at least 24 hours before the visit, respecting the specialist's time.
7. If the client has not warned the administration about the delay, the specialist has the right to consider the appointment canceled after 10 minutes of being late from the start of the lesson.
8. Made Fizio reserves the right to refuse further appointments to the client if payment for previous visits has not been made on time.
9. Made Fizio has the right to change the center's working hours, price list, agenda, etc. (informing about this in a timely manner via e-mail, social networks or website).
10. The customer is obliged to treat Made Fizio's property and inventory with care and to use it for its intended purposes.
11. The client is responsible for their own health when coming to the class. In case of feeling unwell, we ask you to responsibly assess your ability to participate in the class without posing a risk to employees and others!
12. The client is obliged to inform the physiotherapist about injuries, traumas, pain as soon as they occur or within the next few days after the session (no later than 1 week after the visit).
13. For safety and hygiene reasons, the client is required to wear clothing and footwear suitable for sports activities in Made Fizio premises.
14. Made Fizio does not assume responsibility for any personal belongings left behind/lost by clients. Left behind belongings may be disposed of if the client has not contacted the center administration within 2 weeks of the visit.
15. Made Fizio is not responsible for illnesses or accidents resulting from the client's own actions.
16. Smoking, drinking alcoholic beverages, and being under the influence of intoxicating substances are strictly prohibited on Made Fizio premises.
17. In case of violation of the rules or rude behavior, the staff has the right to ask the visitor to leave the center premises, as well as refuse further services. If a subscription or other services have been purchased, no refunds will be made.
18. Pictures and videos from attended classes may be used in Made Fizio's social media content in an anonymized form only with the client's consent.
19. The client has the right to opt out of receiving news and marketing messages by filling out the form before the first visit to Made Fizio's premises.
20. The Physiotherapy Center reserves the right not to schedule further visits in the event of repeated cancellations or at the request of the specialist, providing the client with a justification for the decision made.
*By applying for visits to Made Fizio physiotherapy practice, the client agrees and undertakes to comply with the internal rules of procedure.
