Magdalēna Pildere
Massage specialist
I am a psychology student at Riga Stradins University. I started my studies at the Faculty of Physiotherapy, where I learned the basics of anatomy and physiotherapy, which encouraged me to become a specialist in classical massage. This year, however, I decided to continue my studies in psychology. Both these fields - physiotherapy and psychology are very close to me. My life has always been connected with horses - I practice riding, which strengthens physical qualities, mental resilience, increases emotions and strengthens the spirit. My belief is that body and spirit are one whole and both should be taken care of. I perform classic massage in the ZIN and Made physio team of the health center and I am happy for everyone who has managed to help - reducing pain, tension and improving well-being. My hobbies: Equestrian sports, running, folk dances.

I also want to inspire others to find time for themselves and their well-being. I believe that physiotherapy is the way to a better feeling, as well as a stronger and healthier body. With the support of a physiotherapist, it is possible not only to recover from injuries or pain, but also to learn to take care of yourself on a daily basis - to strengthen, develop and maintain health in the long term.

Jana Dobrjanska
Physiotherapist
I graduated from the Academy of Sports Pedagogy of Latvia, where I obtained a bachelor's degree in health care and qualified as a physiotherapist. Since childhood, sports have been an integral part of my life - I am a professional swimmer with more than 12 years of experience, so I cannot imagine my everyday life without physical activities. On a daily basis, I am well aware that movement is not always easy and pleasant - sometimes it is accompanied by pain or discomfort. That is why it is especially important for me to share my knowledge and experience, helping people regain freedom of movement, well-being and confidence in their bodies. I see physiotherapy as an opportunity not only to reduce pain and improve physical functionality, but also to help a person understand his body, its working principles and how closely all body systems are interconnected. I believe that physiotherapy provides an opportunity to live a more fulfilling life, enjoy movement and restore harmony between the body and daily activities. Hobbies and interests - swimming, nature walks, traveling, music and cosmetology.

Alina Feodorova
Music therapist
I am a certified music therapist, art therapist and supervisor. In my practice, I work with children, teenagers and adults, offering music therapy as a versatile and scientifically based method for promoting emotional, cognitive and physical well-being. In music therapy, I use sound, rhythm, instruments, voice, listening and improvisation to create a safe space for self-expression, inner balance and development. I work with a variety of challenges including anxiety, depression, developmental and neurological disorders, speech and learning difficulties, chronic pain, trauma rehabilitation, and behavioural, social and emotional difficulties. A special place in my work is work with voice. I use voice opening, vocal improvisation, breathing and body-voice techniques that help release tension, strengthen self-confidence, improve well-being and reconnect with your authentic voice. Music begins where words stop - sound and silence create a space where children and adults can feel safe, express their feelings and move closer to themselves.
Elīna Petrinčika
Nutritionist
Very often the cause of chronic back pain is not only in the back or joints. It can start in the stomach - with bloating, inflammation and gastrointestinal imbalance. That is why I have also joined the Made Fizio team, so that we can combine physiotherapy + nutritional therapy and work not only on the symptoms but also on the possible causes. I mostly work with people who have: * complaints of the gastrointestinal tract (abdominal bloating, heaviness, discomfort), * low energy level but “all good” in tests * metabolic disorders (including overweight, insulin resistance, thyroid diseases), * inflammatory processes that affect well-being and freedom of movement. I believe that nutritional therapy is very often one of the key factors in improving health and well-being in general - along with exercise, sleep and stress-reducing habits. If you want: * organize the intestinal tract, * restore energy, * improve cognitive functions (memory, focus, productivity), * support recovery after injuries and operations, * feel easier in your body everyday, then nutrition consultation at Made Fizio can be your next step.
